Our wonderful Loose Valley Care Home Recreation and Well-Being Team members Paula, Hayley and Jisna had a lovely surprise on Wednesday 22 January, when they were recognised for their dedication and creativity as part of National Activity Providers and Professionals Week.
We gathered in our lounge with our Home Manager Diana and they they were presented with a bottle of wine and a certificate of recognition for all their hard work. They also received a delicious cake to celebrate the occasion.
Diana gave a special speech, giving praise for all they achieve everyday. They make a real difference and have an impact on the lives of our lovely ladies and gents, giving them person-centred care and lots of group activities and mini bus trips. They make Loose Valley a real home-from-home with their amazing ideas, accomplishments and motivation. They love what they do and are very proud of their roles at our Home.
