We enjoyed celebrating Molly’s 98th birthday here at Loose Valley Care Home this week.
Her friend came to visit her and brought a wonderful white chocolate cake, and our Chef made her a soft pudding with raspberries and a candle on top!
Molly had lots of birthday cards and messages, including one from her niece in British Columbia, Canada.
She received two bouquets of flowers, a gorgeous pink rose in a pot, chocolates, fizzy orange juice and wine, and a pretty new nightie.
She said she had a lovely day and was delighted with all her gifts, commenting; “Didn’t I do well!”
