Our cat Billy likes to get in on any activity here at Loose Valley Care Home. As you can see, he was our Chief Supervisor during our morning plant potting session! Everyone very much enjoyed the planting activity, especially Billy!
Hairdressing with Hayley
Hayley has kindly been on hairdressing duties; Jean had her hair cut, curled and styled. Said she felt so much better after having it done – and when our hairdresser can come back in to see us, she will be first in the queue!
In the meantime, Hayley has been a life saver and we are all so thankful to her for stepping in to keep everyone looking smart.
Music from Kevin Walsh
Yesterday singer Kevin Walsh came in to entertain our residents, which is something we always look forward to. He sang from outside, as the sun shone – he always brings such a lovely atmosphere to our Home.
Billy came to watch too! He kept approaching Kevin and wanting attention! He usually takes pride of place in Louise’s office or Manager Paula’s chair…but yesterday he definitely proved himself to be Kevin’s no.1 fan!
Our residents – and Billy! – have certainly been enjoying themselves!
