A huge ‘Happy New Year’ from us all at Loose Valley Care Home!
Arts, crafts and nails!
We have lots of artistic residents at our Home, so we spent an afternoon of decorating our own New Year’s banner to hang in our conservatory. Everyone got involved and put there own spin on their pictures. We then laminated the banner and hung it in pride of place for everyone to enjoy.
A couple of our ladies also wanted to have their nails done for the occasion, so of course we obliged! One had a gorgeous shimmery pink and the other chose alternate red and gold to really get into the party season!

To get the New Year kicked off with a bang, we welcomed back two firm favourites who our residents really enjoy – Andy Mace and Kevin Walsh. They are both great singers who know exactly what kinds of tunes and interactions our residents like.
