Our lovely Recreation and Well-Being Champion Paula Smy is currently at home recuperating after an operation on her arm; she is wearing a sling and says she is managing ok, but missing Loose Valley Care Home!
Paula loves cats and her own cat, Oliver, has been enjoying lots of extra cuddles whilst she has been at home. She’s also been spending time resting in her garden and has quite a lovely sun tan!
Paula has been chatting via video link to several of our residents who love to hear from her and have enjoyed seeing her face and catching up. They are looking forward to welcoming her back.
We are delighted to hear that Paula has kept her hand in from home and has already booked Kevin Walsh to come to Loose Valley next week and again in July. Great job Paula!
