From grass skirts to guinea pigs!
On Saturday 14 July we celebrated the glorious sunshine at Loose Valley Care Home by holding an Hawaiian-themed BBQ.
Our staff and residents really dressed to impress – even the chickens, guinea pigs and Herbie the dog sported flower garlands around their necks!
Our ladies and gents were joined by family and friends for a fun-filled afternoon of eating, drinking, music, dancing and piñata bashing!
A team of girls from the Hilton Dance Academy came and performed a medley of dances with a Hawaiian feel to them, which we all thoroughly enjoyed.
All of our residents had a go at breaking the piñata, with some putting real effort into it!
It was fantastic to get lots of friends and family together for such a brilliant party. We look forward to the next one!
