On Monday 6 July we had double the reason to party here at Loose Valley Care Home!
Our Chef Glen celebrated 25 years service as a Loose Valley Nellsar Chef. We made special posters and a cake, and presented him with a personalised bottle of vodka and a lovely card. Glen is a wonderful Chef and our residents speak very highly of him, his dinners and his pudding trolley! He always produces a great choice of desserts, from homemade trifles to cherry cheesecakes. Thank you Glen for all your amazing years of dedication to Loose Valley.
Trafford our Domestic Assistant also had a great reason to celebrate – it was his 21st birthday! Debbie from the Domestic Team made him a cake for work and also one to take home to his family. He was a little shy and overwhelmed as we gathered to mark his big ‘coming of age‘ birthday, but enjoyed celebrating his special day.
