Our Loose Valley Care Home resident Barbara’s granddaughter Jude got married on the afternoon of Monday 4 April.
Jude wed her groom Sam, and Barbara was able to watch the whole ceremony online via a whatsApp broadcast on our TV screen in the lounge.
To share her day was daughter Marion, who sat with her throughout the service. She said “They were giggling so much, and I got a special wave from the bride as she approached the groom Sam!”
The next day the family arrived at Loose Valley with the wedding photographer and they recreated the atmosphere for her with everyone dressing up again! Such a wonderful idea.
We can’t wait to see the photos from the family when they are ready.
