My mother in law has now been a resident of Loose Valley Care Centre for over a year and my husband and I have been very happy with the care she receives. The manager and all staff are welcoming and attentive to her medical and social needs and are in regular contact to discuss her care plan and/or any changes. They openly discuss any concerns and act upon them immediately.
