My wife was welcomed like a family member when she arrived. The formalities were addressed without concern. When I collected her at the end of her respite stay a number of staff members came to wish her well, not only the one dealing with her departure. Everyone seemed to have enjoyed looking after her. She was quite happy and pleased with their concern.
