Last week we took a group of our Loose Valley residents to Hawkhurst Fish Farm, on the borders of Kent and Sussex.
A beautifully tranquil venue, Hawkhurst has four main angling lakes and is based around a large café that overlooks the main lake within the landscaped grounds.
We enjoyed a leisurely stroll around the stunning lakes, soaking in the scenery and sunshine. We were particularly mesmerised by the relaxing sound of a waterfall flowing into a pond full of koi carp.
Following our walk, we enjoyed some refreshments on a veranda by the lakes. We all thoroughly enjoyed the day and agreed it was a beautiful place to experience together.
