Loose Valley Care Home residents return to the river Medway

After the success of our boat trip on 29th April, we were delighted to return to the Kingfisher boat for another river Medway outing with our residents from Loose Valley Care Home on Monday 13 May.

This time the sun was glorious for us and we had some beautiful blue skies to enjoy.

The scenery was spectacular as we headed down towards Teston Lock, under the 15th century bridge and onto East Farleigh bridge which is 14th century.

We even saw a bride and groom under Teston Bridge having their photos taken, so of course we clapped and cheered them!

Our five residents enjoyed the outing immensely. What a relaxing way to spend time together!
