Over the past couple of days we’ve had fun photographing our residents with the spooky Halloween props, having fun and pulling faces, at Loose Valley Care Home.
Paula from our Recreation and Well-Being Team has also drawn some Halloween pictures on canvases and our residents have really enjoyed colouring them in.
Talented Paula commented;
“It was a childhood hobby – I loved drawing and creating pictures, and also art and crafts, so I’m glad I have a job that involves this activity!”
Hayley set to work on our pumpkins – cutting, then digging out the insides to put into a pot for our Chef as he is going to tailor our menu, adding pumpkin soup and pumpkin risotto on to Thursday’s offering.
