On Tuesday 7 March a group of our Loose Valley Care Home residents enjoyed a trip out to our local Notcutts garden centre and shopping village.
We took the minibus from our Home, with residents June, Ada, Steph, Evelyn and Phyllis, our Home Manager Diana, our Activities Team, plus a lovely volunteer and family member.
We enjoyed a short walk through the outside section before heading inside to get warmed up! There are lots of shops inside and Steph is an avid shopper, along with June and Phyllis who spent some time choosing some new shoes, as others had a look around the aquatics shop.
Ada bought some new artificial flowers from the gift shop for her room, before heading along to the café where we all enjoyed a hot drink, cake and a good old chit chat.
We had such a lovely morning together and look forward to our next outing!
