This week at Loose Valley Care Home, we had a visit from an amazing Bernese mountain dog named Sven.
Can you believe, he hasn’t even had his 1st birthday yet and is a whooping 39kg!
Everyone was so excited to see such a big, handsome dog; he was extremely soft and fluffy, so perfect to cuddle.
A few of our residents braved the slobber to give him a cheeky treat which he very much enjoyed. He made his way around to see everyone and made quite the impression as he was such a gentle giant and a joy to be around.
Our residents really benefit from animal visits, be they small or large! They always bring out the smiles from everyone and spread the joy around our Home.
