We celebrated the 85th birthday of our lovely resident Maggie here at Loose Valley Care Home on Monday 15 August.
Maggie received lots of birthday cards and gifts, a beautiful bouquet of flowers, a visit with her son John and as a WhatsApp video call with her son Neil.
We decorated around Maggie for her special day with balloons and birthday banners and her bedroom got a makeover too!
Using interactiveMe, we played music videos in the afternoon in the garden; It was a beautiful sunny day – Maggie loved all the music and her feet were tapping to the beat.
Maggie enjoyed her birthday cake with a nice cuppa – but not before our Care team sang a rendition of “Happy Birthday!” to her!
