We welcomed a very friendly visitor to Loose Valley Care Home on Tuesday 29 October – a gorgeous ginger and white cat named Oliver.
Oliver belongs to Paula, our Recreation & Well Being Champion, and after a lovely previous visit our residents asked if she would bring him in again for more cuddles!
So well behaved, Oliver sat or lay down with our residents for lots of fuss and attention. He stayed for a couple of hours and everyone enjoyed being with him; he is so cuddly and such a relaxed and chilled out boy!
At one point he settled down, lay his head on a sheepskin blanket and was going to sleep; the lady resident said “Just leave him there, I will look after him.”
Thank you for coming in again Oliver, it was fantastic to see you again and we think Herbie our Pet Therapy Dog may have some competition!
