Our residents at Loose Valley Care Home got a wonderful surprise on Wednesday 17 February – Random Acts of Kindness Day.
Our Recreational and Well-Being Champions spent time making cards, with uplifting messages inside them, to inspire our residents and let them know how important they are to us.
As they received their cards, our ladies and gents enjoyed one-to-one time with their Well-Being Champions, getting to know our new recruit Ella Yard.
Each one of our residents felt special and appreciated, a feeling we would love to promote throughout the year!
