International Cat Day – there’s no better time to give your kitty a round of ‘a-paws‘ – which is exactly what we did here at Loose Valley Care Home.
Taking place annually on 8 August, International Cat Day is dedicated to uniting cat lovers across the globe – sharing our passion for this fascinating species!
We were ‘feel-ine’ lucky as we celebrated last week – lucky to have cats around us to bring a lot of joy into our lives. Our cat Billy does just that he has quite a ‘purr-sonality’!
Billy even joined us at the table while our residents made cat charms on chains with brightly coloured beads and love hearts. Previously, Paula had made felt cats for our residents to keep with the chains they made – don’t they look lovely!
