On Friday 7 May, we enjoyed celebrating Barbara’s birthday here at Loose Valley Care Home.
Barbara was spoilt by our staff, getting her nails done and her room decorated for her special day.
We all sang ‘Happy birthday!‘ to her and presented her with a strawberry masterpiece birthday cake made by our very own French Chef Alex. The cake was a favourite with all of our residents, comprising of cream, strawberries and pastry, in a cream slice fashion, topped with royal icing and sprinkles. Delicious!
